MORE MENTORING + STEM PROGRAMS

More great, online programs that tackle issues of STEM inclusion and mentoring from different angles.

  • Skype a Scientist: video calls for entire classrooms, clubs, or families with expert scientists (graduate students and researchers with a PhD or MD). Geared towards science and broad career questions, not one-on-one mentoring.

  • SciTeens: online courses (especially in coding) and a forum to ask specific questions (science projects, applying to college, etc) and get feedback from the community or one-on-one with a mentor.

  • Sproutingonline courses (especially in coding) written for teachers in both Spanish and English.
